Usually, a field trip to sponsor company will be held before the research start.

Participants will be given a chance to tour around the sponsor company. A mini seminar will be held by representatives of the sponsor company to explain the history, background, structure and operation system of the company to the participants. This little information provides them a framework for their research. a questions and answer session also will be carried out to clarify the doubts of the participants relating to the company. A tour to the warehouse of the company will be bonus to all the participants, which allow them to have a better understanding of the functions of the cargo system.

Mentoring system

Each participated teams also have a mentor from the sponsor company. The functions of the mentors are to give guidance and advice to their mentees.

Verbal presentation cum award giving ceremony

A few teams will be chosen to enter final round. They will present their research result in the oral presentation cum award giving ceremony. Judges from logistics major and Sponsor Company will be invited to attend the ceremony.
